What it replaces
A template.
$9-29 a scene, $39-79 for a set of angles, or a library subscription, all for someone else's photograph. $49€49 here buys any photograph you can take, at any angle, once.
An hour in Photoshop.
Matching blur, grain and light by hand, per image, forever. It pays for itself on the first one you bill for.
A motion designer.
Motion in a real photograph used to mean After Effects, a brief and a wait. Video download is in Pro. No motion designer, no After Effects, no brief, no waiting.
The free cap, honestly
Free places at 1024 px on the long edge. Sharp enough for a doc, a Slack thread or a deck at screen size; soft on a portfolio at retina.
The preview in the plugin is always full resolution, so you see exactly what Pro delivers before you pay. Upgrading re-places anything you already fitted at full resolution in one click. Nothing moves, nothing is refitted.
Questions
Is it a subscription?
No. Pro and Studio are one-time purchases.
What happens after 12 months?
Everything you bought keeps working, in later builds of the plugin too. Features added after your 12 months are part of a renewal. It's optional.
What's the refund policy?
14 days, no questions asked, in line with EU consumer law. The full terms.
Do I need an account?
Not for the free plugin: it stays anonymous. To buy, you sign in with Figma or with an email link, and the purchase is attached to that account. There is no password and no licence key. Connecting the plugin.
How many computers can I use it on?
2 installations per person, a laptop and a desktop for example. When a machine changes or is lost, you replace it yourself. Installations.
How do team licences work?
Studio covers 5 named people. Whoever buys it invites them by email from the account page and can remove or reassign a seat at any time. Each person signs in and gets 2 installations.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Paid features keep working for 30 days after the plugin last checked your purchase, then it asks you to reconnect. The free plugin never needs to check anything.
Do I need a paid Figma plan?
No. The plugin runs on the free plan. Placing video on the Figma canvas needs a Figma plan that allows video upload; downloading the MP4 doesn't.
Who am I paying?
Link, Stripe's merchant of record service. It runs the checkout, adds the right tax for your country and emails the receipt and invoice. Your card statement starts with LINK.COM.
Do you see what I composite?
No. Nothing you fit or render is uploaded; every render happens on your machine. An account holds your sign-in, your purchase and your installations, nothing about your work. Privacy, in full.
