Screengraft

Changelog.

Every version, what it changed, and why. A licence buys twelve months of this, and this page is what that is worth.

cowork 0.65.0 Feature

Workbench controls re-read from the design file

  • The slider is a squircle handle on a floating rail, with a hover glow and a dark separation ring on every state.
  • Segment buttons in a horizontal group carry an inset divider; the video bottom rail is now a proper button group with the frame scrubber inside it.
  • Two layout bugs fixed on the way: a shared .row class that leaked wrapping into every button group, and an overflow rule that clipped the video bar’s shadow to exactly its own height.
  • Published to npm with provenance from the release workflow; npx screengraft@0.65.0 is the same build.
cowork 0.62.0 Feature

The picker remembers what you used

  • The photo and screenshot pickers list what was used before, per role, newest first, with when and where. Not a scan of the Desktop.
  • The corner loupe frames the whole arc of a corner when a corner is picked; an edge keeps the rectified strip.
  • Drop zones show a proper dashed edge; the picker is glass over the photo.
cowork 0.64.2 Fix

Hairlines at device resolution

  • The fit canvas renders at the display’s pixel ratio, so the quad, guides and rings are one physical pixel on a 2× screen instead of an upsampled two.
  • Dashed guides use butt caps; round caps had been growing the dashes.
  • macOS “always show scrollbars” was eating 17 px off the bottom of both wells in Safari. Hidden.

Depth of field can sit in front of the glass

  • The sharp line can now be placed on the table in front of the phone, which is where it belongs on a steep, flat shot. Dragging it carries both limits with it, so the ramp keeps its length.
  • Hollow ring handles are grabbable across their whole disc, not only on the 2 px stroke.
cowork 0.55.0 Feature

Grain on the screen at 0.7× the measured floor

  • The grain laid on the screen is measured from the photograph and scaled by 0.7, because a lit highlight carries less visible noise than the dark bezel it was measured on, across all 38 photographs in the bench.
  • Old fits replay byte-for-byte; the gain is recorded in the sidecar.
cowork 0.51.0 Feature

Depth of field

  • Blur grows across the screen in one direction, glass edge included, so a phone shot with a shallow lens gets a screen that goes soft where the phone does.
  • Set it by eye with the gizmo on the result (a sharp line and a dashed line), or ask it to measure the photograph.

The local server answers only its own page

  • A per-launch token in the page URL, echoed on every request; anything cross-site is refused even with the token. /api/ping is the one open route. Nothing about how you use the workbench changes: it is the page in the launch link, as before.
