Terms
Who is selling
Screengraft is made by Dariusz Frączyk, trading as fraczyk.design. [Seller address and VAT number to be added before launch.] Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record service. Link is the seller on your receipt: it takes the payment, charges and remits the tax for your country, sends the receipt and invoice, and handles payment questions and refunds. I make the plugin, grant the licence and answer for the product.
What you're buying
A licence to use the Screengraft Figma plugin with the paid features enabled: full-resolution placement, and video download and placement. The free tier needs no account and is not limited in time.
- Pro: one person, on up to 2 installations at a time.
- Studio: up to 5 named people, each on up to 2 installations at a time.
The licence belongs to a person, through their account, not to a machine. An installation is the plugin on one computer. You can replace an installation yourself as often as you need. See installations.
Updates
A purchase includes every new feature released in the 12 months after it. After that, everything you bought keeps working, in later builds of the plugin too; a feature you paid for is never switched off. Renewing for a further 12 months of new features is optional and priced separately.
Checking the purchase
The plugin confirms your purchase online when you sign in, then again in the background from time to time. Without a network, paid features keep working for 30 days after the last successful check. After that the plugin asks you to reconnect.
What you may do
Use it for any work, commercial or not. Composites you make are yours. The starter scenes shipped with the plugin are generated images provided as a convenience; you may use them in your composites, and you should say so where a context expects it. You may not resell or redistribute the starter scenes on their own.
What you may not do
Share an account or a seat with more people than it covers, or work around the installation count. If that happens, access may be removed. Write to me first if you think that happened by mistake.
No warranty beyond the law
The plugin is provided as is. Everything you make with it is rendered on your machine; I can't see your files and can't be responsible for them. Where consumer law gives you rights, nothing here reduces them.
The Cowork, Claude Code and ChatGPT plugin, and the command line
Open source under the MIT licence at github.com/seq000/screengraft. These terms don't apply to it; the licence file in the repository does.
Privacy
Your work never leaves your machine
Nothing you fit, preview, place or render is uploaded: not the photograph, not the design, not the result. Every render happens on your computer, on every tier. There is no analytics on what anyone composites.
Using it free
No account, no sign-up, nothing stored about you.
With an account
An account exists only if you buy, or are invited to a Studio team. I am the data controller for it. It holds what it takes to know that you bought, and where you're signed in:
- Who you are: your email address and, if you sign in with Figma, the Figma user ID, name and email that Figma shares when you approve the sign-in.
- Your purchase: the plan, the date, the date your updates run to, and Stripe's reference for the payment. Never your card details, which I don't receive.
- Your team, for Studio: who was invited and which seat they hold.
- Your installations: a random identifier the plugin creates on each computer, and when it was first and last seen. It is not a hardware fingerprint.
- Sign-in sessions, so you stay signed in.
Who else handles it
- Link and Stripe run the checkout as merchant of record. They hold what a receipt needs: your email, billing country and the payment itself. Link's privacy policy covers that.
- Cloudflare hosts this site, the account service and its database.
- Resend delivers the sign-in emails.
- Figma, if you choose to sign in with it.
Nothing is sold, shared for advertising or used for anything but running your account.
Seeing, correcting, deleting
Write to screengraft@fraczyk.design to see what your account holds, correct it or delete it. Deleting an account removes it and its installations; I keep only what the law requires me to keep about a sale. Link keeps its own record of the purchase, and you can ask Link to delete that.
The plugin's own storage
The plugin stores, on your machine only, in Figma's plugin storage: its installation identifier, a signed copy of your purchase so it works offline, the fits you've made (keyed on the photograph's own pixels so a photo remembers its fit), and the ids of nodes placed while free so they can be re-placed at full resolution. Uninstalling the plugin removes it.
This site
Static pages, no analytics scripts, no advertising cookies. The pricing reads your browser's time zone to decide whether to show euros or dollars; that stays in the page. Signing in on your account page sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in. The only other party a page sends you to is the checkout, when you press Buy.
If you write to screengraft@fraczyk.design, I keep the thread for as long as it takes to help you and no longer than I need to.
Refunds
14 days, no questions asked. Email screengraft@fraczyk.design from the address on your account, or ask Link through the link in your receipt. The refund is paid back in full, by Link, to the payment method you used. The purchase is removed from your account when the refund goes through.
This mirrors the withdrawal right EU consumer law gives you for digital purchases, and applies to everyone regardless of country. After 14 days, write anyway if something is wrong. The plugin should do what the pricing page says it does.
Starter scenes
The ten starter scenes shipped with the plugin are generated images, made with an image model and checked by hand. They exist so the first run works before you've found a photograph. They are not photographs of real places.
